I've been a customer of Uptown Optical since 2014, and would not even consider going anywhere else. They are the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. They excel not only on the examination side but are excellent at helping me choose the right pair of frames. They are also very helpful on follow-up visits for adjustments, cleaning, etc. If I had to buy 100 more pairs of glasses in my lifetime (and given my tendency to break or lose glasses, it's not impossible), I would buy every single one of them at Uptown Optical.
